Cytopoint requires refrigeration. Each order is carefully packed with an insulated kit and ice packs to help maintain temperature. We offer same-day delivery for local orders. Non-local orders are shipped by expedited service to minimize transit time, and an additional shipping fee applies for temperature-controlled packaging and priority handling.
Important: To prevent temperature-sensitive products from being held in courier warehouses over the weekend, refrigerated items will not be shipped on Thursdays or Fridays. Orders containing such items will be shipped the following Monday to ensure product integrity.
