Processing Time

• Most orders are processed and shipped within 2–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

• Special orders (e.g., compounded medications or backordered items) may take longer. We will notify you by email if additional processing time is required.

• For urgent requests, please contact us directly before placing your order.​​

Shipping for Prescription Medications

Free shipping is provided for all prescription medications.

​

For safety, regulatory compliance, and to prevent loss or theft, all orders containing prescription medications are shipped with Signature Required service.

​

Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive the parcel. If a signature cannot be obtained, the courier may attempt redelivery or hold the package at a pickup location according to their policies.

Note: Certain temperature-sensitive or refrigerated medications may require specialized insulated packaging and expedited shipping. Additional charges may apply.

Shipping for Non-Prescription Products​​

Ontario & Quebec: 

• Flat rate: $12

• Free shipping: Orders over $99 before tax

• Estimated shipping time is 1–3 business days​

Rest of Canada

• Flat rate: $16

• Free shipping: Orders over $129 before tax

• Estimated shipping time is 2–7 business days, depending on locations.

• Expedited shipping is available at checkout (additional charges apply).

Refrigerated Items

To prevent temperature-sensitive products from being held in courier warehouses over the weekend, refrigerated items will not be shipped on Thursdays or Fridays. Orders containing such items will be shipped the following Monday to ensure product integrity.
