Return Policy
We accept returns for unopened, unused, and sealed over-the-counter (OTC) products in their original packaging within 15 days of delivery, provided they are still in resalable condition.
All return requests must be pre-authorized and are subject to a 25% restocking fee plus shipping costs. Please contact us by phone or email before sending any item back.

Non-Returnable Items
For safety and regulatory reasons, we do not accept returns or issue refunds for:

Prescription medications

Refrigerated products (both prescription and OTC)

Custom-compounded or special ordered products

Opened, used, or damaged items

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you received an item that is damaged, defective, or sent in error, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will gladly arrange for a replacement or issue a full refund.

Exchanges
We may accept exchanges for eligible OTC products (unopened and in original condition) within 15 days of delivery, subject to product availability and approval.
Prescription medications, refrigerated items, and opened products cannot be exchanged.

No Returns After 15 Days
We do not accept any return or refund request for orders received more than 15 days ago.

Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.

For prescription orders: Once a prescription has been dispensed, it cannot be cancelled or refunded.

For non-prescription orders: If the order has not yet been shipped or picked up, we may be able to process a cancellation and issue a refund.

For shipped orders: It cannot be cancelled once the order has been dispatched. You may return eligible items following our return policy.
