Feliway Classic Spray Ingredients
Ingredients: a synthetic analogue of the F3 fraction of the feline facial pheromone (10%) in an ethanol base.
How it works: Feliway Classic contains a synthetic analogue of the feline facial pheromone (F3 fraction), which mimics the natural "comfort message" cats deposit when they rub their faces on familiar objects. This helps create a sense of familiarity and security without affecting people or other animal species.
 
Feliway Classic Spray Directions for Use
For travel or vet visits: Spray into the carrier, on bedding, or in the car about 15 minutes before your cat has access. Never spray with your cat inside the carrier.
To help prevent urine marking or scratching: Spray once daily on areas your cat has previously marked or scratched (such as sofa corners, door frames, or windowsills). If urine marking has already occurred, thoroughly clean the soiled area before applying Feliway Classic Spray.
Apply 8 sprays per application
Hold the bottle upright approximately 10 cm from the surface.
The effects typically last 4–5 hours, so reapply as needed.
 
Feliway Classic Spray Safety & Precautions
Never spray directly onto your cat or near its face. Do not spray the scratching post, as this may discourage its use.
The spray is flammable and an eye irritant. Keep away from heat and ignition sources, and avoid contact with the eyes.
