Antiseptic mousse to aid in the treatment of superficial skin conditions caused by bacteria, fungi, ringworm and yeast that are responsive to chlorhexidine in dogs and cats. DermaChlor 4 Mousse is antibacterial, antifungal and antiseptic and is intended to be used adjunctively in protocols for the management of skin conditions under the supervision of your veterinarian.
 
Active Ingredient
Chlorhexidine gluconate, 4% w/v.
Non-medicinal ingredients: tromethamine (Tris) USP, edetate disodium (EDTA) USP, glycerin USP, polysorbate 20, butylene glycol, polysorbate 80, aloe barbadensis leaf juice, methylisothiazolinone, fragrance and water.
 
Directions For Use
SHAKE WELL. Apply to dry coat. Dispense one or two pumps in your palm. Massage foam deep into pet’s hair coat to ensure product reaches the skin. Repeat as many times as necessary to cover the whole body, or affected areas, as directed by your veterinarian. The appropriate number of pumps will depend on the condition and target area to be treated (i.e. surface area/weight, coat type and length). Avoid contact with the eyes and mouth. Do not rinse. Let air dry. Once dry, brush the hair coat. May be used once or twice a week, or as directed by your veterinarian.
