Optixcare Eye Support Active Ingredients
- Naturally Occurring Heparan Sulfate Substitute: Helps maintain corneal health and integrity by supporting the corneal surface environment.
- Sterile Water / Preservative-Free Unidose Format: Single-use eye drop format designed for ocular use.
Optixcare Eye Support Dosage & Administration
- Apply 1–2 drops per affected eye every 2 days, or as directed by your veterinarian.
- Wait 10 minutes after applying Optixcare Eye Support before applying any other eye drops.
- Each single-dose vial must be discarded after use — do not store or reuse opened unidoses.
- Treatment duration varies from 2 to several applications; your veterinarian will adapt the schedule based on the severity and healing progress of the corneal lesion.
- A fluorescein test may be conducted by your veterinarian 48 hours after the final application to assess corneal healing.
- If a dose is missed, apply as soon as you remember; if the next scheduled dose is near, skip the missed dose and resume the regular schedule.

- The solution contains no preservatives or colorants; each vial must be discarded after a single application.
- Store in the original packaging according to manufacturer recommendations.
