Recommended Use
Promotes optimal health of:
Kidneys: Omega 3 fatty acids are known to increase the circulatory amount of Endothelium-Derived Relaxing Factor (EDRF), thus encouraging vasodilation and decreasing blood pressure. 
Heart: Omega 3 fatty acids are known to improve the blood lipid and lipoprotein profile, thus reducing the risk of cardiovascular disease. 
Brain: Omega 3 fatty acids are known to improve synaptic membrane fluidity, thus encouraging smooth transmission of neuronal waves, counteracting brain atrophy and cognitive decline. 
Skin and joints: EPA and DHA are known to downregulate the inflammatory COX2 and LOX pathways, thus reducing inflammation in joints affected by osteoarthritis, as well as inflammatory skin disorders. 
 
Directions for Use
Start administration at 1/4 the recommended dose, gradually increasing the amount over 5 to 7 days.
The daily dose can be divided into two doses.
