Aranesp requires refrigeration. Each order is carefully packed with an insulated kit and ice packs to help maintain temperature. We offer same-day delivery for local orders.Non-local orders are shipped by expedited service to minimize transit time, and an additional shipping fee may apply for temperature-controlled packaging and priority handling.
Despite these precautions, there remains a risk of temperature excursion during transit delays. Please note that we are unable to refund or replace products that require refrigeration.
Important: To prevent temperature-sensitive products from being held in courier warehouses over the weekend, refrigerated items will not be shipped on Thursdays or Fridays. Orders containing such items will be shipped the following Monday to ensure product integrity.

- Your veterinarian can send it to us directly by email pets@beampharmacy.ca or fax 289-293-2108.
- You may also mail the original prescription to BEAM Pharmacy at 1-33 Cathedral High Street, Markham, ON L6C 0N9, or drop it off in person at our pharmacy.
