Nutri-Cal Active Ingredients

Nutri-Cal Dosage & Administration
Dogs and Cats (general guideline):
To supplement caloric/nutritional intake: 1.5 tsp per 4.5kg of body weight daily.
When animal is not eating full ration: 3 tsp (1 tbsp) per 4.5kg of body weight daily.
Note: One teaspoon (tsp) is approximately 6 gram of Nutri-Cal gel.
Administration timing
Can be administered directly into the mouth from the tube, mixed into food, or placed on the pet's nose or paw to encourage licking.
It is generally recommended to administer the dose daily, but frequency may be adjusted based on the pet's needs and veterinary advice.
Highly Palatable: The malt flavour is designed to be highly appealing to encourage consumption, even in anorexic pets.
Always use under veterinary supervision, especially for dosage adjustments in specific conditions like severe anorexia or extreme energy expenditure (e.g., post-operative care).
 
Nutri-Cal Side Effects & Safety
Because Nutri-Cal is calorie- and fat-dense, monitor for gastrointestinal tolerance. If your pet is overweight, diabetic, or has pancreatitis or metabolic issues, consult a veterinarian before use.
Store at room temperature 15C - 25C, in a cool, dry place.
Intended for short-term, intermittent, or supplemental use during periods of high demand, stress, or recovery. Not a long-term replacement for a complete and balanced diet.
